These covers are made to precisely fit over specific headsets listed on each product.  If there's a specific headset you need a cover for, let me know and I will create it.

The wind noise reduction is substantial.  I've personally tested it with a group of 3-4 riders over 1000 miles at varying speeds.  They work.  Easy to install, just a snug snap fit.
